It is extremely important to take extra care of your nail plate in order to make it stronger and of one colour. Brightening of the nail plate and whitening nails ends is one of the special treatments that should be done as frequently as exfoliating of using masks on your facial skin. Let me show you a few ways to brighten your nails.
TOOTHPASTE
As long as an especially deigned toothpaste can whiten your teeth, it will also be able to brighten your nails. Only a small grain of your favourite whitening toothpaste is needed. Simply use your brush and rub the product into your nails for about 1-2 minutes. The best results will be visible after using a white toothpaste (preferably with the addition of some baking soda). Whereas, green or gel toothpaste might not bring the desirable effects.
LEMON AND BAKING SODA
It is very ease to make your own whitening paste at home. Firstly, you need to squeeze a half of the lemon into a small bowl and mix with a dose of baking powder. Add as much baking powder as needed to achieve a consistency of coarse pulp. Later, rub the mixture into your nails for a few minutes using an old toothbrush.
HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND BAKING SODA
Another whitening mixture is the combination of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. The proportions should be selected at will, whenever you reach the consistency of a toothpaste. In this case it is not necessary to rub it into the nails. Simply coat your nails and leave it for about three minutes. After this short period of time just rinse with warm water.
PREPARATION FOR DENTURES
Sounds a little bit odd, however, the preparation for dentures shows the same properties as a whitening toothpaste because it is designed to take care of the hygiene and the colour of the denture. The usage is very easy. Simply dissolve a few tablets in warm water and soak your fingers in it for about 5 minutes.
WHITENING PEN
The last but not least is the method that requires buying an additional product. The market is full of pens that are especially designed for brightening your nails. Such pens give the results similar to French manicure and are extremely easy to use. What is more, they have the ability to whiten parts that are uneasy to reach, for example underneath the nail plate.
